We are
delighted that you are considering Images
Photography for your special occasion. We would like
all our clients to make an informed decision when
choosing a photographer or videographer. We have
therefore prepared this short FAQ guide to help you
choose.
Q.
How long will the DVD be?
A.
Usually between 1hr. 15mins and 1hr. 50 mins –
depending on which package is booked. All of the
DVD's are fully chaptered, to allow to you watch
which ever part of the day you feel like at the
touch of a button.

Q.
Will the cameras get in the way of my wedding?
A.
Our ethos is based around recording the day for you
to enjoy over and over again – not getting in the
way! We do not stage manage any aspect of the day
and use multiple cameras to capture scenes from more
than one angle, ensuring that we can be as
unobtrusive as possible. To help with this we always
attend the wedding rehearsal, so that we can make
sure our cameras are positioned in the best
locations.

Q. How
many camera's will you use at my wedding?
A.
A total of three. Two will be used to cover the
wedding, allowing different angles to be covered at
the same time, whilst a third camera is kept in
reserve.

Q. How
many copies of the DVD do I get?
A. Two
– but you can always order extra copies.

Q.
What format are the DVDs?
A.
As standard we produce the DVDs in the –R format –
which is the appropriate format for most British DVD
players. We can however produce the DVD in a +R or
American format on request. If you have any concerns
just get in touch.

Q.
There are members of my family who don’t have DVD
players – can you do copies on video?
A. Yes
– no problem.

Q.
What sort of cameras do Images use?
A. We
use only Sony 3 chip media quality equipment, as we
believe that high quality equipment is essential in
ensuring high quality coverage of your special day.

Q. I
was hoping you could film part of the wedding which
doesn’t seem to be included in any of your packages
– will that be possible?
A. We
are always happy to accommodate special requests if
we can, just give us a call to talk through your
particular requirements.

Q. I
have been to friends weddings where they have had a
video man, he made the groom lift the bride up. Do
you do that?
A ,
No we only film moments as they happen and at a
discreet distance. Nothing is staged.

Q. Can
we order more copies of the DVD?
A.
Yes, we can do as many extra copies as you require.
Just get in touch for prices.

Q.
What music is used on the DVD?
A. The
choice of music is completely up to the couple. You
could pick music which means something special to
you – or you might just want to include your
favorite tracks. Whatever you chose we ask you to
pick four titles, which we will incorporate into the
DVD.

Q. The
groom/bestman/father of the bride is very nervous
and doesn’t want to be recorded giving his speech,
but I still want it recording! What can I do?
A.
Lots of people get nervous giving speeches at
weddings, but are usually fine once they get going.
Just remind them that they have a friendly audience
and that it means a lot to you that they are giving
the speech. The camera will be very unobtrusive, and
they are unlikely to notice it once they are
actually giving the speech. At the end of the day
though it’s up to you what you do (or don’t) want
recording and we will be happy to miss out one of
the speeches if that’s what you want.

Q. How
much does it cost?
A. We
have a range of packages to suit most budgets, and
are happy to discuss your particular requirements,
Just get in touch and we’ll send you full details of
what is available.
